L. Joshua Davidson, Cincinnati Bankruptcy Attorney

L. Joshua Davidson, a principal and founding member in the law firm O'Connor, Mikita and Davidson, LLC, earned his undergraduate degree in creative writing from Miami University, after first attending Northwestern University, and his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Josh has been licensed to practice law in Ohio since 1993. Before attending law school, he worked as a systems and documentation analyst for the Hughes Aircraft Company in Long Beach, California, where he won several achievement awards for the quality of his work. Since the bankruptcy reform enacted in 2005, Josh has limited his practice almost exclusively to Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy for consumers and small businesses. However, he began his practice in the City of Cincinnati Prosecutor's Office, and for nearly twelve years represented clients in the areas of real estate, domestic relations, and criminal defense, and general civil litigation, in addition to consumer bankruptcy.

Josh is an adjunct assistant professor of real estate law and business law at the University of Cincinnati and a frequent lecturer in matters related to consumer bankruptcy for the National Business Institute.
